ICE SPEEDWAY AT THIALF – PURE ADRENALINE ON ICE!

Speed. Excitement. Ice. Roaring engines. And thousands of spectators on the edge of their seats. That’s Ice Speedway at Thialf.

Every year, Thialf transforms into a spectacular ice arena where the world’s best ice speedway riders battle it out. On specially prepared motorcycles, the riders race across the ice, corner after corner, with only one goal: to be the first across the finish line.

And it’s fast. Incredibly fast.

Motorcycles without brakes, tyres fitted with hundreds of razor-sharp spikes, and riders racing across the ice at speeds of up to 120 km/h. In the corners, they lean their bikes deep into the turn, constantly pushing the limits. Every metre is fiercely contested.

But Ice Speedway is something you have to experience for yourself.

Ice Speedway already looks spectacular on screen. But live at Thialf, it’s a completely different experience. You hear the engines roar. The moment the light turns green, you know that anything can happen within seconds. You see the riders racing side by side through the corners and feel the tension as they battle for victory.

Whether you’ve been a fan of the sport for years or have never experienced Ice Speedway up close before: this is an event packed with speed and spectacle that you won’t soon forget.

And because the event takes place at Thialf only once a year, this is your chance to be there. Bring your friends or family, enjoy an unforgettable afternoon or evening together, and discover for yourself what makes Ice Speedway so special.
