What questions can Tickey answer?
At the moment, Tickey can answer the most frequently asked questions, such as queries about changing tickets, getting more information about events, and Tickey can help you if you’ve lost your tickets. Tickey also knows all the ins and outs of most events.

What if Tickey can’t answer my question?
In that case, Tickey will always put you through to her human colleagues. They’ll get back to you as soon as possible, though they’re not quite as quick as Tickey.

What is a chatbot?
A chatbot is a computer that answers the questions you ask. The computer learns from all the questions it receives and therefore gets smarter all the time. This means the computer can answer an ever-increasing variety of questions, and it does so faster than if you had to wait for a human member of staff!
